1) To provide self-employment to 1,650 educated unemployed women, by providing daily attendance allowances to 35th batch, in the National Women's Organization, Rangamati district section, for stitching and embroidery training. Many of these women are currently working in government, private, NGOs and various garment industries.
2) Micro-credit, self-employment loans, rural women's development project loans and income generating loans, loans from self-employed women from 1994-95 fiscal year, have been self-reliant by providing loans to 440 creditors,
3) In the district section 2014-2015 fiscal year, 630 students of the unemployed educated women have been trained to provide training to women based on computer training and catering (food preparation, conservation and servicing) training to 430 women.
4) From the year 2016-2017, there has been a 110-day block-based Batik & Screen Prints training for 110 people based on urban women's development project.
